Ordering:
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. Orders can also be placed by email Mon-Sat from 10am-5pm at orders@nidohome.net.
Furniture ordered from NIDO Home could range from 6-14 weeks to ship, so its always a good idea to plan ahead and order your furniture selection early. NIDO Home can always help you find alternative choices if time frame will cause conflict with your installation date.
Upon receiving your order confirmation via email, please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy. If an order needs to be revised or canceled, please notify us within 24 hours in writing by emailing orders@nidohome.net.
Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive a confirmation from NIDO Home by email outlining the changes you requested.
RETURN POLICY:
NIDO Home typically will not accept Returns on the merchandise that you have ordered. Each of our manufacturers has their own returns policy that we must adhere to. Please email us at
orders@nidohome.net or call 561-323-2539 to discuss. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Floor Samples are considered final sale items and cannot be returned.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any of your furniture appears damaged in transit please contact us at 561-323-2539 within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim inspection.
Most of the merchandise sold at NIDO Home is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear are not covered by any warranty. The legitimacy of all warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer and/or NIDO Home, and ultimately the manufacturer makes the decision as to whether or not to repair/replace defective merchandise.
Unless there is an issue with product quality or in-transit freight damage, returns are subject to the following fees: restocking fee of 25% of the net value, applicable handling and packaging fees, storage fees, repair fees and return shipping costs. Outbound shipping or other fees are non-refundable.
